The house provides you all the comfort to enjoy your well earned luxurious holiday. You can come at ease after a day filled with activities in our sauna or enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool or relax in the jacuzzi.  The holiday house in the heart of the Ardennes can lodge up to 8 persons.  On request we can provide an extra cot.  Our Holiday house can provide with pleasure lodgement for pets.

Our holiday house has 2 terraces with a panoramic view over the Ardennes

From our covered terrace you have a breath-taking panoramic view over the forest and hills of the Ardennes.  In the morning you can enjoy your breakfast on this sunny terrace and at sunset you can come at ease while taking a sip of your night drink.  Again and again you will be charmed by the splendid view.  The terrace is equipped with a teak table with 8 wicker chairs.  In the evening you can get yourself warm with the open outside fireplace. The second terrace has got a wicker lounge and relax chairs. Even when the weather is not as sunny as it should be and there is rain falling from the skies you will be save from the rain on our covered terraces.  The rain will never be a spoiler while you are gazing at the horizon.   

The Dining Room at Villa Faro Durbuy

The dining room in our holiday house Villa Faro Durbuy has a modern looking teak table surrounded by 8 luxurious leather chairs.  The high ceiling with its authentic wooden beams and 2 mezzanines give  you a spacious feeling.  In the corner in the teak bar you will find all the things you need to give your diner a gastronomic appearance.

The sitting area of our holiday home in the Ardennes is equipped with a leather lounge, coffee table with decoration, fireplace and flat screen TV. Thanks to the Belgacom connection, you don't have to miss out on any of your favorite programs. After a day outdoors in the woods of the Ardennes or in the town of Durbuy, you can chill out on the couch by the wood-burning stove in the evening.

The Kitchen at Villafarodurbuy in the Ardennes

The authentic kitchen at Villa Faro Durbuy is equipped with a full electrical stove, combi microwave-oven, dishwasher, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, fridge with freezer.  Next to the kitchen you will find a storage room where you have even more electric kitchen aids. (e.g. Grill, traditional Philips coffee machine, mixer, … )  In this storage room you will also find a Zanussi fridge with a big freezer (new).  This space is also used as a laundry room.  You can use free of charge the Samsung washing machine.

The bedrooms of Villa Faro Durbuy suites (level 0 = ground floor)

Villa Faro Durbuy with its 4 spacious bedrooms can accommodate 8 people. The rooms are all equipped with a king-size bed with a firm comfortable mattress with cold foam, solid pillows and high quality duvet. Upon arrival, the beds are made up with hotel quality bed linen. In all rooms there is also an armchair and a closet, as well as 2 bedside tables with a cozy night light. On the ground floor there are 2 identical bedrooms with double beds. Renovated in march 2023

The bedrooms of the holiday home (level -1 = garden level)

On level -1, one room is equipped with a double bed. This room gives access through the outside door to the terrace with view and to the garden. Then there is 1 room with 2 single beds. An extra cot can be placed free of charge on request (without bed linen).

The holiday home Villa Faro in the Ardennes has a separate toilet on the ground floor and a bathroom with large washbasin, shower and toilet.

In addition, on the ground floor there is a second bathroom with shower and washbasin and also a separate toilet.

The bathroom and separate toilet on the ground floor were renovated in December 2020. The austere colour palette of the bedrooms was also extended into the bathroom. The washbasin top in solid oak with black bowl and tap gives the renovated bathroom a special appearance. The natural knots in the edge of the top accentuate the beauty of natural oak. The black metal supports add a sturdy touch and the large round mirror finishes it off. A hairdryer is available in every bathroom. In the smallest room, the playful design lighting of the toilet roll is a foil from the owner of the house.

The relaxation area with kickertable was also renovated in December 2020. The simple colour palette, the natural oak wall, the large dark floor tiles and the design lighting were also extended into this room so that the entire ground floor forms a unity. There is also a second refrigerator with a spacious freezer compartment. From this room you have a beautiful view of the swimming pool, the BBQ and the fire bowl during the day.

A fully landscaped fenced garden with a total space of 2000m²

Villa Faro in the residential neighbourhood “Plateau du Soleil” in Septon is placed on an allotment of  2000m². The nicely landscaped garden with pond and a clattering watercourse will entice you for sure.  Enjoy the late evening sun in the arbour with roses next to the pond.  Or get surprised by the other flowering plants in our garden.  From the bench in the corner in our garden you have a phenomenal view at the castle of the Hare Krisha.  Your children can frolic on the grassland.  The garden is fenced and is save for children to play in.
