Low saison from 1 October to 30 april (not in holidays)

Het laagseizoen start van 1 oktober tot 30 april, vakantieperiodes en feestdagen niet inbegrepen. Het zwembad is niet beschikbaar in deze periode. De jacuzzi en de sauna kunnen wel gebruikt worden.

Midseason A: from 1 october till 30 april in holidays

Het middenseizoen A omvat alle vakantieperiodes (krokusvakantie, paasvakantie, herfstvakantie,...), uitgezonderd de feestdagen van 1 oktober tot 30 april. Het zwembad is niet beschikbaar in deze periode. De jacuzzi en de sauna kunnen wel gebruikt worden.

Middenseizoen B: van 1 mei tot 30 september buiten de vakanties

Het middenseizoen B start van 1 mei tot 30 september, vakantieperiodes en feestdagen niet inbegrepen. Het zwembad is verwarmd tot 25°C (indien buitentemperatuur > 15°C), sauna, jacuzzi en buitendouche zijn eveneens beschikbaar.

High season

High season includes all holiday periods (May holidays, summer holidays,...) from 1 May to 31 August. In the summer holidays, rentals are only per week from Friday to Friday. The swimming pool is heated to 25°C (if outside temperature > 15°C), sauna, jacuzzi and outdoor shower are also available.

Remarks

• We do not accept groups of young people, given the location of the holiday homes in a residential area
• The organisation of student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties... is forbidden.
• We ask you to respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours from 10pm onwards.

Availability of the wellness area (heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi)

• The swimming pool is available from 1 May to 30 September (25°C, provided that the outside temperature is at least 15°C).
• The jacuzzi is available all year round (36°C-37°C).
• The sauna is available all year round

Booking process

After you have indicated via e-mail, chat or telephone that you wish to book the holiday home, a link will be sent to the reservation form. When the reservation form is completed, you will receive a reservation confirmation with payment information by e-mail.

Arrival and departure

Arrival on Friday or Monday from 17h. We work with a key safe. You will receive an e-mail with the key code a few days before arrival. On arrival, you can then take the key from the key safe and enter the house immediately.

Departures on Sunday 17h, Monday 10h and Friday 10h.

Guarantee

A deposit of 500 euros is demanded for 2 persons. A deposit of 700 euros is required for 3 persons and more. This deposit will be refunded within the week after your stay if no damage is found.

Prepayment conditions

For reservations made more than one month before arrival date, a 40% deposit is required, the remaining amount must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
For reservations made less than one month before arrival date, the full amount will be requested immediately.

If the owner has not received the amount on the date in question, the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking on the grounds of non-payment or late payment, without entitlement to a refund of the advance paid or any claim for compensation.

Cancellation policy

The customer can terminate the contract at any time by paying compensation to Villa Faro for damages suffered following the termination, fixed as follows:

• if the cancellation takes place more than 28 days before the start of the stay: 40% of the total price of the stay
• if the cancellation takes place between the 28th day (inclusive) and the 2nd day (exclusive) before the date of commencement of the stay: 90% of the total price of the stay 
• if the cancellation takes place between the 2nd day (inclusive) before the date of commencement of the stay: 100% of the total price of the stay 
• In addition to the cancellation costs, the owner may charge a fixed amount of €50 in administration costs.
• We advise our guests to take out cancellation insurance.

COVID-19

•  If the owner is unable to offer the holiday home due to an obligatory closure of the holiday home by the Belgian government as part of the covid measures, a voucher will be given for the amount paid. The voucher is valid for a maximum of 1 year and can be used to book a new stay in the same holiday home as the original booking.
• As a guest, it is your responsibility to ensure that the Covid measures are respected. The Covid measures are constantly changing, it is the guest's responsibility to follow up and apply these measures.
• The owner cannot be held responsible for the composition of the group, should it not comply with the measures imposed by the Belgian government.
